We have some new neighbors at our office.

With in just one block, three roofing companies have sprung up, and just last night one of them was cleaning out their truck in our dumpster.  A bit annoying, since we have been in that office for some time, suffered through the winter there and have been working hard to serve our market.

Here is what these guys do, they come in and rent a small office so they have a local business address. They run down to the local Cricket store and buy a local number, which is very easy and rather cheap.

They then go about saying they are from this area, or that they are moving to this area and it was just a stroke of luck that the hail hit when it did.

In six months (0r so) we will drive by those offices and “poof” they will be gone.

Hire a local company, who lives here with you all year long ….
